General Return Policy


We offer a discretionary return policy for a period of (..) days, during which you can submit a request to return any product you have purchased through our store and receive a refund. If the entire order is returned, you will be eligible for a full refund. This policy does not apply to defective or damaged products, and in the event that the products are damaged or defective, they will be returned according to the return policy for damaged or defective materials.


Any return process subject to this policy must be completed within (..) days of the date you received the order.


This General Return Policy is aimed at providing a more convenient shopping experience. However, we do keep track of the number of returns made by customers, and we may refuse some return requests in the future at our discretion if the returns become excessively frequent.


· If the customer requests to cancel the delivery within 24 hours or less of delivery, a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product will be applied.


· In case a manufacturing defect is discovered in the product during installation, the necessary repairs will be made free of charge if required.


· The returned products must be received in our warehouses within (..) days of the date you received the full order. Any return requests received after the mentioned period will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping expenses and fees.


· For orders consisting of multiple products, a return request for a single product cannot be registered until the entire order has been delivered.


The general return policy does not apply if the product:


· Is not in its original, sealed, and unopened condition, and the tags are missing;


· Is not in its original condition, with some components or other attached accessories missing;


· Has already been used;


· Was part of a sale and marked as non-returnable;


· Was part of a promotional offer such as buy one get one free or a free product;


· Is a perishable item.


If you purchased the product with a free gift, you must return the free gift as well when returning the product. The free gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not part of the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above.


The return must include the original order invoice.


We may not accept the return of any product after the period specified above. We may also not accept the return of any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to link the returned product to your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon returning the product. Therefore, it is always important to attach the original invoice so that we can complete the refund process. Please note that we will not be responsible for not refunding the money if the required invoice is not provided.


All returned products will be evaluated and checked for compliance with the return conditions before accepting the request for a refund. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be rejected, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for storing and delivering the product back to you.


Shipping fees are excluded from the refunded amounts.


The paid amounts for purchases made by credit card will be refunded back to your credit card.


The VAT (Value Added Tax) will be refunded on the return.


Returning Damaged or Defective Products


All sold products are carefully inspected and packaged before delivery.


In case you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or products that do not match the description on our website or mobile app, which is unlikely, you have the right to return the product. When the product qualifies for a refund, the full product price will be refunded. If you return the entire order, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the shipping fees.


Any return request under this policy must be submitted within a maximum of (..) days from the date of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted outside the mentioned time frame.


Please note that refunds do not apply to damaged products that have already been used.


When choosing any of the return options above, make sure of the following when sending the product:


Ensure the product is in its original packaging and unopened, with all tags and labels attached;


Ensure any accessories sold with the product, such as cables, are included;


If you purchased the product with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned when returning the product. The gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not within the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above;


Include the original invoice.


Products returned to the return facilities may not be accepted after the specified return period. We may also not accept any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to associate the returned product with your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon product return. Therefore, you must always attach the original invoice so that we can complete your refund process. We will not be responsible for not refunding if the required invoice is not provided.


An email will be sent to confirm the receipt of the returned products as soon as they reach us.


All returned products will be evaluated and verified to ensure they meet the return conditions before accepting the refund request. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be denied.


Once the evaluation conditions are met and the product is verified to meet the return conditions, the product price will be refunded. If the entire order is returned, the full order amount, including the shipping fees, will be refunded.


Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. Please note that the timing of the refund process may vary depending on the payment method used.



Return Policies


Due to the return policy imposed by Mada and the card-issuing bank, if a Mada card was used for the original purchase, and a refund is issued to the Mada card after 14 days from the date of purchase, the time for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account may take an additional 4 weeks after the date of issuing the refund.


Products can only be returned once.


We will not accept the return of any product that was added to the returned items and was not included in the original return request list. In this case, the return will be at the customer's expense.


Please note that all items to be returned must be registered in a single return request.


All returned products must be in their original packaging with all packaging labels intact. Please ensure you return any accessories that came with the original product. If the returned product has been used, is missing its original packaging, or is missing any of its original accessories, the product will be returned to the buyer, who will be charged the shipping fees through the shipping company used by the Arabian Furniture and Design Company.


Returned products are subject to quality inspection before being returned. Please notify us immediately by email within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt if you receive a damaged or faulty product.


Our customer service team will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned product and to initiate the refund process.


Products purchased online cannot be returned or refunded through our showrooms, but only online as described above.


Please note that the Arabian Furniture and Design Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product it deems unfit for resale.


· We fully understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can simply contact our customer service to cancel your order, or you can also chat with us live 24/7 through the chat icon at the bottom of the screen, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it as long as the order has not already been fulfilled. If that's the case, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In any case, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.
