The Arabian Furniture and Design Company (limited liability company), established under the Companies Law in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its executive regulations, and registered in the Commercial Register of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under number 1010215038 and issued a VAT registration certificate from the General Authority of Zakat and Income Tax under number 3000552181500003 (hereinafter referred to as "Arabian Furniture and Design" or "we"). It operates through the e-commerce website arabianfdstore.com (or any affiliated website), its related sub-domains, sites, services, and tools ("the Website" or "the Store"). We note that Arabian Furniture and Design may also operate through (a mobile application or an electronic platform).The website is provided as a service to you, and aims to enable you and other users to browse the products, goods, and other services ("Products") offered for sale on the website ("Services"). Arabian Furniture and Design reserves the right to delete, modify, or add to any content on the website at any time and for any reason without prior notice, and will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and updated information on the website.


Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of the website and all legal effects arising from your use of it. The use of the website by any person, whether a consumer, a merchant, or otherwise, is deemed to be an agreement and acceptance by them, being legally competent, of all the articles, clauses, and provisions of this agreement, and a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is mentioned therein. This agreement shall be effective and enforceable upon entry to the website, use of it, or registration therein.


Intellectual property


By using the Arabian Furniture and Design website, you are granted a limited license ("the License") to use the software that may be provided as part of the website's features, with the sole purpose of allowing you to browse the products and services offered by Arabian Furniture and Design. The Marks on the website are protected in various forms under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. No use of these Marks is permitted without the prior written consent of Arabian for Furniture and Design, except to identify and describe the products and services provided by Arabian for Furniture and Design. Arabian for Furniture and Design expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in all texts, programs, products, processes, technologies, and other materials displayed on this website. Access to this website does not grant any person any rights to the intellectual property owned by Arabian for Furniture and Design or third parties. Access to this website does not authorize any person to use any name, logo, or mark in any manner, except for displaying, downloading, and printing them in their original form for personal use, as expressly permitted by Arabian for Furniture and Design and/or its authorized third-party licensees.


Arabian Furniture and Design may include any content on the website - such as shipping providers, installment payment options, or links or references to other websites ("hyperlinks") - in order to provide you and the website's users with more options and convenience. However, Arabian Furniture and Design does not take responsibility for the content or management of any of these linked websites, nor does it directly or indirectly accept responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these linked websites. Under no circumstances should any hyperlinks to these websites be interpreted as an endorsement, approval, or promotional offer from Arabian Furniture and Design regarding the content, statements, accuracy, services, or products available or described on such linked websites. Data Protection and Privacy Policy


Arabian Furniture and Design (hereinafter referred to as "Arabian Furniture and Design" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection System which came into effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as of September 14, 2023, together with its Implementing Regulations issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The website is also in possession of a certified secure site seal from GoDaddy (Verified Secure Site by GoDaddy). Its ownership has also been documented on Google.


Our "Data Protection and Privacy Policy" defines the purpose of collecting personal data, the nature of the data collected, the means used to collect your personal data, the processing, storage, and removal of your personal data, and your rights as the data owner and how to fulfill them.


Upon entering the website, all your information is subject to this policy, and you accept and agree that we may collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the controls set forth in the Privacy Policy. You are not obligated to provide any information we request, but this may result in our inability to provide any products or services that depend on the availability of this information.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites managed by other parties with whom we work or by service providers, and Arabian for Furniture and Design is not responsible for your provision of any personal information to third parties through our website. Personal Information We Collect from You


Arabian Furniture and Design collects your personal data in various ways, for example, when you make a purchase or register to receive a service or product from Arabian Furniture and Design, or when you apply for a job vacancy through the website. Your bank card details will never be shared with any third party, and they will only be used to complete the purchase transaction you have made, through our payment system partner (CyberSource). This may require the collection of additional information necessary to verify your identity, such as your phone number, which may then be provided to the delivery service. This information will help us complete the purchase process and allow us to provide you with updates on the status of your order at any time.


Every time you visit the Arabian Furniture and Design website, information is sent from your browser to the server log, where it is stored. This information includes the time and date of your visit, the pages you viewed, your IP address, the URL that brought you to the Arabian Furniture and Design website, the stored information, and the type of browser you used. When we collect all this information, all IP addresses are either deleted or anonymized. 6. The store reserves the full right to make any modifications or changes to its privacy policy page at any time the store management deems necessary, and we will attempt to send notifications to users to inform them of any implemented modifications or changes.


As the data subject, you have the right to delete or request assistance from Arabian Furniture and Design in deleting the personal data we have collected about you.

However, please note that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or legal basis to do so.


The user of the store is committed and agrees to the following:


1. Not to engage in any practices that could cause any harm to the store.

5. All parties are obligated to try to resolve any dispute that arises in the store through amicable means, and if that is not possible, the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh will be resorted to in order to settle the dispute.


6. No person who does not agree to the terms and conditions of our store has the right to use the store or even its services.


7. Our store is not responsible for any damage to any user due to reasons beyond our control, such as the occurrence of any malfunctions in the store or a scam by one user against another.

Terms of Sale


1. Eligibility


The purchase of products through the website is limited to parties who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In order to be able to make purchases on the website, you must provide us with your personal data, including your full legal name, mobile number, and valid email address, as well as your correct payment details and address, in order to issue invoices and other required information. You acknowledge and guarantee the accuracy and validity of all the details provided, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the invoice information.


The website is only available to persons who meet the eligibility and electronic payment requirements of the Arabian Furniture and Design Store, namely those who hold a valid credit card or Mada card issued by an approved bank in the Saudi payment system and accepted by our store, and those who have agreed to allow us to deduct the total price of the products they purchase, including any taxes or delivery fees, from their credit or Mada cards. The products purchased by the user are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes or to generate any other commercial gains. The store has the right to impose restrictions on the quantities purchased of the same item for the same address or purchaser.


When you place an order for products, you expressly agree to the store's right to verify the credit card or debit card information provided in the purchase order, and to transfer, send, and obtain the credit card or debit card information provided in the purchase order or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties for the purpose of authenticating your identity, verifying that the card belongs to you, and obtaining the initial authorization to use the card and/or individual purchase transactions, subject to the store's discretion. You also agree that we have the right to use the personal information you provide to us for the purpose of conducting the necessary verification procedures to combat fraud and deceit, in addition to our right to disclose this personal information to a credit reference or any entity concerned with combating fraud and deceit, which may maintain a record of this information.


2. Ordering Products


The products available on the website, including any samples or gifts included with purchases or any products or services that the Arabian Furniture and Design Store may offer, are for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell or resell any products you purchase or obtain in any other way.


There may be a slight difference in the design of the external appearance (packaging) of the product received by the customer and the image displayed on the website, due to changes made by the manufacturer, but this does not mean that the product content is different. The store always endeavors to regularly update and renew the product display images.


By ordering products through our website, you confirm your desire to enter into a contract with us to purchase those products at the prices shown at the date and time you place the order. We reserve the right to change product prices from time to time, during periods when promotional offers are made on the products or in case products are mispriced, for example. If the corrected price of the products at the time of your order is higher than the price shown to you, we will contact you to get your instructions regarding the process before or after accepting your order.


We will send you a confirmation message regarding the receipt of your purchase request, or one of our agents or employees will contact you to confirm your order. In the event that our agent or employee is unable to reach you at the number you provided upon registration, you will receive an email message requesting that you respond to confirm your order. The lack of any of this reaching you does not mean that your initial order is not being processed.


The completion of the online purchase process or the sending of our confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order on our part. Your order is considered accepted by us only upon its delivery to you, and with due regard to the full receipt of the amount. In all cases, the store has the right to cancel/withdraw from the completion of the sales/supply contract before its completion and without any liability whatsoever.


If we do not deliver the products you ordered and do not complete your order for any reason, we will notify you of this. The reasons may be due to the depletion of the required product, or our discovery of an error in the product price, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the store management. If you have paid for those products, we will refund the full amount paid to the card you used for payment, as quickly and reasonably as possible.


The Arabian Furniture and Design Store will keep a record of your transactions for a period of not less than ten years and has the right to keep them for a period longer than the mentioned period if there is a need for it.


By confirming your purchase process at the end of order processing, this is your consent to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as indicated in your order, including any additional delivery fees applicable to this order.


3. Prices and Payment Policy


The prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products offered for sale on the Arabian Furniture and Design Store website.


All forms of payment by credit cards are subject to data validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer denies the payment authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to choose an alternative payment method.


The information on the credit card used for payment must match the credit cardholder's information. The payment will be approved and placed on hold when you place your order, and the amount will be deducted from your account when the Arabian Furniture and Design Store completes the shipment of your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it.


No credit card data will be stored, sold, exposed, or rented to any third parties, except in relation to the online payment gateway service provider we use.


Delivery Policy


We can only complete your delivery or pickup order within the countries where we are permitted to sell our products. You can choose to have the products delivered to your address or made available for you to collect from one of our stores.


We will do our best to deliver the products to your address or make the products available for pickup at the appropriate store on the estimated delivery/collection date specified in the email confirming your order, which is typically 3 to 15 business days. If we are unable to meet the delivery/collection date, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for collection or delivery, as applicable.


If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may be charged additional delivery fees for any further delivery attempts. The products can also be left with a third party (such as the building guard or housekeeper) with your explicit authorization.


Please note that any damages to the products you ordered (including loss and/or damage of the products) after we have delivered them to the address specified in your order or after you have collected them from our store (as applicable) are your responsibility, and we will not be obligated to refund or replace the products if the address you provided was incorrect. Occasionally, the supply of the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays, or higher-than-expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we will not be liable for any such delay or failure to deliver.


Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays.


General Return Policy


We offer a discretionary return policy for a period of (..) days, during which you can submit a request to return any product you have purchased through our store and receive a refund. If the entire order is returned, you will be eligible for a full refund. This policy does not apply to defective or damaged products, and in the event that the products are damaged or defective, they will be returned according to the return policy for damaged or defective materials.


Any return process subject to this policy must be completed within (..) days of the date you received the order.


This General Return Policy is aimed at providing a more convenient shopping experience. However, we do keep track of the number of returns made by customers, and we may refuse some return requests in the future at our discretion if the returns become excessively frequent.


· If the customer requests to cancel the delivery within 24 hours or less of delivery, a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product will be applied.


· In case a manufacturing defect is discovered in the product during installation, the necessary repairs will be made free of charge if required.


· The returned products must be received in our warehouses within (..) days of the date you received the full order. Any return requests received after the mentioned period will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping expenses and fees.


· For orders consisting of multiple products, a return request for a single product cannot be registered until the entire order has been delivered.


The general return policy does not apply if the product:


· Is not in its original, sealed, and unopened condition, and the tags are missing;


· Is not in its original condition, with some components or other attached accessories missing;


· Has already been used;


· Was part of a sale and marked as non-returnable;


· Was part of a promotional offer such as buy one get one free or a free product;


· Is a perishable item.


If you purchased the product with a free gift, you must return the free gift as well when returning the product. The free gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not part of the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above.


The return must include the original order invoice.


We may not accept the return of any product after the period specified above. We may also not accept the return of any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to link the returned product to your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon returning the product. Therefore, it is always important to attach the original invoice so that we can complete the refund process. Please note that we will not be responsible for not refunding the money if the required invoice is not provided.


All returned products will be evaluated and checked for compliance with the return conditions before accepting the request for a refund. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be rejected, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for storing and delivering the product back to you.


Shipping fees are excluded from the refunded amounts.


The paid amounts for purchases made by credit card will be refunded back to your credit card.


The VAT (Value Added Tax) will be refunded on the return.


Returning Damaged or Defective Products


All sold products are carefully inspected and packaged before delivery.


In case you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or products that do not match the description on our website or mobile app, which is unlikely, you have the right to return the product. When the product qualifies for a refund, the full product price will be refunded. If you return the entire order, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the shipping fees.


Any return request under this policy must be submitted within a maximum of (..) days from the date of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted outside the mentioned time frame.


Please note that refunds do not apply to damaged products that have already been used.


When choosing any of the return options above, make sure of the following when sending the product:


Ensure the product is in its original packaging and unopened, with all tags and labels attached;


Ensure any accessories sold with the product, such as cables, are included;


If you purchased the product with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned when returning the product. The gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not within the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above;


Include the original invoice.


Products returned to the return facilities may not be accepted after the specified return period. We may also not accept any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to associate the returned product with your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon product return. Therefore, you must always attach the original invoice so that we can complete your refund process. We will not be responsible for not refunding if the required invoice is not provided.


An email will be sent to confirm the receipt of the returned products as soon as they reach us.


All returned products will be evaluated and verified to ensure they meet the return conditions before accepting the refund request. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be denied.


Once the evaluation conditions are met and the product is verified to meet the return conditions, the product price will be refunded. If the entire order is returned, the full order amount, including the shipping fees, will be refunded.


Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. Please note that the timing of the refund process may vary depending on the payment method used.



Return Policies


Due to the return policy imposed by Mada and the card-issuing bank, if a Mada card was used for the original purchase, and a refund is issued to the Mada card after 14 days from the date of purchase, the time for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account may take an additional 4 weeks after the date of issuing the refund.


Products can only be returned once.


We will not accept the return of any product that was added to the returned items and was not included in the original return request list. In this case, the return will be at the customer's expense.


Please note that all items to be returned must be registered in a single return request.


All returned products must be in their original packaging with all packaging labels intact. Please ensure you return any accessories that came with the original product. If the returned product has been used, is missing its original packaging, or is missing any of its original accessories, the product will be returned to the buyer, who will be charged the shipping fees through the shipping company used by the Arabian Furniture and Design Company.


Returned products are subject to quality inspection before being returned. Please notify us immediately by email within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt if you receive a damaged or faulty product.


Our customer service team will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned product and to initiate the refund process.


Products purchased online cannot be returned or refunded through our showrooms, but only online as described above.


Please note that the Arabian Furniture and Design Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product it deems unfit for resale.


· We fully understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can simply contact our customer service to cancel your order, or you can also chat with us live 24/7 through the chat icon at the bottom of the screen, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it as long as the order has not already been fulfilled. If that's the case, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In any case, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.

· We fully understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can simply contact our customer service to cancel your order, or you can also chat with us live 24/7 through the chat icon at the bottom of the screen, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it as long as the order has not already been fulfilled. Please note that the Arabian Furniture and Design Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product it deems unfit for resale.


Products purchased online cannot be returned or refunded through our showrooms, but only online as described above.


Our customer service team will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned product and to initiate the refund process.


Returned products are subject to quality inspection before being returned. Please notify us immediately by email within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt if you receive a damaged or faulty product.


All returned products must be in their original packaging with all packaging labels intact. Please ensure you return any accessories that came with the original product. If the returned product has been used, is missing its original packaging, or is missing any of its original accessories, the product will be returned to the buyer, who will be charged the shipping fees through the shipping company used by the Arabian Furniture and Design Company.


Please note that all items to be returned must be registered in a single return request.


We will not accept the return of any product that was added to the returned items and was not included in the original return request list. In this case, the return will be at the customer's expense.


Products can only be returned once.


Due to the return policy imposed by Mada and the card-issuing bank, if a Mada card was used for the original purchase, and a refund is issued to the Mada card after 14 days from the date of purchase, the time for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account may take an additional 4 weeks after the date of issuing the refund.


Return Policies



Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. Please note that the timing of the refund process may vary depending on the payment method used.


Once the evaluation conditions are met and the product is verified to meet the return conditions, the product price will be refunded. If the entire order is returned, the full order amount, including the shipping fees, will be refunded.


All returned products will be evaluated and verified to ensure they meet the return conditions before accepting the refund request. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be denied.


An email will be sent to confirm the receipt of the returned products as soon as they reach us.


Products returned to the return facilities may not be accepted after the specified return period. We may also not accept any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to associate the returned product with your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon product return. Therefore, you must always attach the original invoice so that we can complete your refund process. We will not be responsible for not refunding if the required invoice is not provided.

If you purchased the product with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned when returning the product. The gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not within the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above;


Ensure any accessories sold with the product, such as cables, are included;


Ensure the product is in its original packaging and unopened, with all tags and labels attached;

Any return request under this policy must be submitted within a maximum of (..) days from the date of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted outside the mentioned time frame.


In case you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or products that do not match the description on our website or mobile app, which is unlikely, you have the right to return the product. When the product qualifies for a refund, the full product price will be refunded. If you return the entire order, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the shipping fees.


All sold products are carefully inspected and packaged before delivery.


Returning Damaged or Defective Products


The VAT (Value Added Tax) will be refunded on the return.


The paid amounts for purchases made by credit card will be refunded back to your credit card.


Shipping fees are excluded from the refunded amounts.


All returned products will be evaluated and checked for compliance with the return conditions before accepting the request for a refund. Therefore, if a product is returned that does not comply with our general return policies, the refund request will be rejected, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for storing and delivering the product back to you.


We may not accept the return of any product after the period specified above. We may also not accept the return of any product without the original invoice. Furthermore, we may not be able to link the returned product to your account if you fail to provide the original invoice upon returning the product. Therefore, it is always important to attach the original invoice so that we can complete the refund process. Please note that we will not be responsible for not refunding the money if the required invoice is not provided.


The return must include the original order invoice.


If you purchased the product with a free gift, you must return the free gift as well when returning the product. The free gift must be in its original condition, unused, and not part of the categories or products that are non-returnable, as mentioned above.


· Is a perishable item.


· Was part of a promotional offer such as buy one get one free or a free product;


· Was part of a sale and marked as non-returnable;


· Has already been used;


· Is not in its original condition, with some components or other attached accessories missing;


· Is not in its original, sealed, and unopened condition, and the tags are missing;


The general return policy does not apply if the product:


· For orders consisting of multiple products, a return request for a single product cannot be registered until the entire order has been delivered.


· The returned products must be received in our warehouses within (..) days of the date you received the full order. Any return requests received after the mentioned period will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping expenses and fees.


· In case a manufacturing defect is discovered in the product during installation, the necessary repairs will be made free of charge if required.


· If the customer requests to cancel the delivery within 24 hours or less of delivery, a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product will be applied.


This General Return Policy is aimed at providing a more convenient shopping experience. However, we do keep track of the number of returns made by customers, and we may refuse some return requests in the future at our discretion if the returns become excessively frequent.

We offer a discretionary return policy for a period of (..) days, during which you can submit a request to return any product you have purchased through our store and receive a refund. If the entire order is returned, you will be eligible for a full refund. General Return Policy


Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays.


Please note that any damages to the products you ordered (including loss and/or damage of the products) after we have delivered them to the address specified in your order or after you have collected them from our store (as applicable) are your responsibility, and we will not be obligated to refund or replace the products if the address you provided was incorrect. Occasionally, the supply of the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays, or higher-than-expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we will not be liable for any such delay or failure to deliver.


If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may be charged additional delivery fees for any further delivery attempts. The products can also be left with a third party (such as the building guard or housekeeper) with your explicit authorization.


We will do our best to deliver the products to your address or make the products available for pickup at the appropriate store on the estimated delivery/collection date specified in the email confirming your order, which is typically 3 to 15 business days. If we are unable to meet the delivery/collection date, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for collection or delivery, as applicable.


We can only complete your delivery or pickup order within the countries where we are permitted to sell our products. You can choose to have the products delivered to your address or made available for you to collect from one of our stores.


Delivery Policy


No credit card data will be stored, sold, exposed, or rented to any third parties, except in relation to the online payment gateway service provider we use.


The information on the credit card used for payment must match the credit cardholder's information. The payment will be approved and placed on hold when you place your order, and the amount will be deducted from your account when the Arabian Furniture and Design Store completes the shipment of your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it.


All forms of payment by credit cards are subject to data validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer denies the payment authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to choose an alternative payment method.


The prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products offered for sale on the Arabian Furniture and Design Store website.


3. Prices and Payment Policy


By confirming your purchase process at the end of order processing, this is your consent to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as indicated in your order, including any additional delivery fees applicable to this order.


The Arabian Furniture and Design Store will keep a record of your transactions for a period of not less than ten years and has the right to keep them for a period longer than the mentioned period if there is a need for it.


If we do not deliver the products you ordered and do not complete your order for any reason, we will notify you of this. The reasons may be due to the depletion of the required product, or our discovery of an error in the product price, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the store management. If you have paid for those products, we will refund the full amount paid to the card you used for payment, as quickly and reasonably as possible.


The completion of the online purchase process or the sending of our confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order on our part. Your order is considered accepted by us only upon its delivery to you, and with due re
